Cleveland County Fair Grounds was set up as a dog and cat shelter

Cleveland County Fair Grounds was set up as a dog and cat shelter for the victims of the Tornadoes of May 19 & 20 2013.  American Humane Society and SCART from Kansas along with several veterinarians are taking great care of these animals.
